1. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

At Prime Cleaning NC, we stand by the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with a specific area of the cleaning service, please contact us within **24 hours** of the service completion. We will return to your property within 48 hours to re-clean the area(s) of concern at no additional cost.

The satisfaction guarantee is void if the customer or third-party workers are present and working while the cleaning is performed, or if access to areas of concern is restricted.

2. Eligibility for Re-Clean or Refund

To be eligible for a re-clean or potential monetary refund, you must notify us of the specific issues within 24 hours of the service being completed. Issues must be verified by a Prime Cleaning NC supervisor.

3. Monetary Refunds

A full monetary refund is rarely issued as we prioritize resolving issues through our re-clean guarantee. A partial refund will only be considered if, after a re-clean attempt (or if a re-clean is demonstrably impossible or impractical), the issue remains unresolved (and only as determined by Prime Cleaning NC management).

If a monetary refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within **7-10 business days**. The refund amount may be prorated based on the specific areas of concern.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of **48 hours notice** for service cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of $50 or 50% of the service cost.
